When trying to access the Windows store, why do I keep getting the error code: 805e8011?

I'm trying to access the windows store but it keeps coming up with error code: 805e8011

I'm trying to go on the App Store to download some helpful things which I might use but every time I try to go on it it comes up with the error code. I have freed up my phone space to 531MB and sync my Microsoft account but nothing has changed. What can/shall I do?

This is indeed a low storage error.

Delete IE history and temp files with Storage Sense.
Soft Reset (after than check if data and time is correct)
and try again
