When using a wifi connection I could not download apps by using the store in my Lumia 730..how can I solve this?

in Wi-Fi connection i could not downloading apps by using store in Lumia 730...how to solve this?

In our Wi-Fi connection all other mobiles no problem to use internet....but my Lumia 730. In same Wi-Fi connection store only not connected...other usage like videos play in YouTube & files downloading, face book & WhatsApp are all no problem to connect....but in same time Wi-Fi indicates NO INTERNET...now I format my phone...same problem occurs....what I do??? All internet activities are working in NO INTERNET indicates Wi-Fi connection but not downloading apps in store....please please please help me..for continued using my Lumia or I change my mobile.......

Are you sure you're not downloading data through your 3G/4G mobile data? When WiFi is not available/not accessible, the phone normal reverts to 3G/4G for internet access... even if WiFi is turned on.

You may need to create a Windows Central account to be able to respond to the replies to your query easily.

It's most probable that you're phone is connected through 3G/4G and not through Wi-Fi, because 1) it is impossible to have internet if it says "No Internet", 2) your Wi-Fi says it has "No Internet" and 3) your phone usually connects to 3G/4G if your Wi-Fi has no internet access.
