If it's urgent for you, you need to downgrade to Windows Phone 8.0 GRD3 (Firmware doesn't matter, you also can't change that).

If it's not urgent, JUST WAIT, you will eventually get it with no needs of downgrading. YOU WILL GET IT! Just with time.
