when windows OS will be the same in all platforms

given that Microsoft is trying to unify the tablet, phone and computer.
then how u are going to use this unified platform?
what disadvantages do u see? and what advantages?

I'm curious to see the result. I'm sure my next phone will have Windows 10 "desktop" for ARM. I guess we will see the first phone of this kind some months after Windows 10 for ARM is ready. Perhaps in 2018?
