Where are ALL of my ringtones

New to WP10 coming from wp8.1 and a brief intermission with android. I downloaded my ringtones folder from onedrive to the ringtones folder on the phone, however when I go to
Settings>Personalization>Sounds
the dropdown for ringtones does not show all of the files I have in that folder (all which work on android and wp8.1 btw)

It only shows 5 of 15 of the files from my ringtones folder (plus all the ones that are preloaded onto the phone)

Similarly if I go to the sounds for the messaging app, I only see the same 5 files as well.

same thing for Alarms & Clocks... however if I go to any specific alarm I can browse files on my device and choose any file I want for the alarm.

Its better to move your ringtones(from Ringtones) folder to PC, then again copy it via USB CABLE to your phone(Ringtones Folder).
