Where are the project my screen options??

I have a wired connection to my big screen TV. I could do it before but for some reason its not under devices/project screen anymore. in fact its empty.

Did an update mess it up??

If its connected via wire then you can do the Windows + P to project

It is connected via hemi, and yea, nothing.. what happened to the option on the side??
