Where can I download the football highlights app?

After I reset my Lumia 950 to factory settings I haven't been able to find a couple of the apps I used to have. Special the football highlights (http://www.appx4fun.com/apps/3886/) app I really I miss. Yes I know there is a football highlights hd but I can't get that to work.
