Where can I find a restore image for the Lenovo Miix 2 8" tablet?

My Miix 2 8 needs to be restored and for some reason the files are missing. Where do I get the files? Lenovo's website only has drivers, not the full restore image.

You'll need to contact Lenovo Support, probably by email, and explain the situation. Full restore images of devices are generally not available for downloads and are only provided upon verification of owning the device, and possibly at a fee.
