Where did all of my Android OneNote files go when I signed out of my app?

I logged into my OneNote account online and didn't see all of my notes in my notebook that I can see on my S7 onenote. I signed out of my phone app thinking the that logging back in things would sync up. They didn't. Now I don't have my notes that I NEED for this charity even this weekend. I can't find them anywhere. Now the notebook I'm seeing is like I just created my account. I'm so angry right now. I need these notes. I trusted this app because it's Microsoft. I've been trying to move away from Evernote but ..... What can I do? Are they lost forever? What do I do about my event this weekend? WTF! I'm lost right now and don't know what I can do.
