Where Did Call Blocking Go?

In Windows Phone 8, I was able block specific phone numbers.
Now that I've updated to 8.1, I don't see where to edit those numbers.
In 8.0, I never knew those calls even happened.
Now, I get a voicemail that I have to check.

I was only able to let it block the number by long pressing the number in a txt message. Tried going to call + SMS filter in settings and it wouldn't let me just add either.

Edit: Just tried again. Long press on the phone number in the dialer and it should give you the block number option. I'm using a Nokia 635 on 8.1.

That is what mine dis last week, but now its there.

Have you done to settings -> call + SMS filter and turned it on? Maybe that makes a difference

Call blocking is an entry under Settings - System.
Wasn't it under the phone settings, previously?
I don't see any option to block from voicemail, too, though.

I think that's a Nokia exclusive.
I have a Samsung and it says that the app is not available for my phone.
