I am getting this in my device manager.
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
I have googled and followed all of the solutions that delete filters. While in regedit I tried to open the properties key and it could not open that key. I tried to rename it, delete it and all failed because there is a problem with this key. How can I solve this??
