Where is HDR and ISO 12800?

Hi guys!

I've been using the L950XL for a month now but I noticed it only now that manual HDR and ISO setting upto 12800 aren't there in the camera app.
It allows ISO only upto 3200 in pro mode.

Does anyone know what's up, because ISO 12800 was one of the points MS advertised the camera with?

I think ISO 12800 is only possible in auto mode and as for HDR, there is Rich capture and it kicks in when needed. Works great for me.

Rich capture=hdr and I think iso 12800 is not so useful because there will be too much noise in the picture.
