Where is Mix Radio?

Line purchased the epic Mix Radio and we all are aware of that. Also, they had promised they will continue all its awesome features. But now the question is ,where has the download feature disappeared?

That's not the key feature of mix radio. The offline process cannot be done from songs in store. !!!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought both MixRadio and Music in the store are of different databases? I mean, collection of music in MixRadio has nothing to do with those in the Store.
