Where is my Cortana??

I recently purchased Nokia Lumia 625(India).When I booted the phone for the first time,OS installed is 8.1. I checked for updates and it showed one update is available and I downloaded and installed it.Now my
OS version-8.10.12393.890
Firmware-3058.50000.1424.0003
problem is it is not showing Cortana in the Settings -> Applications.
What Am I supposed to do?

You need atleast OS version 8.10.14157.200 to get Cortana alpha. Else with the same OS version you can get Cortana beta by changing region, language and speech to US. But be aware that the app store pricing and other formats will reflect the change

You need to sign up for the preview for developers program to get 8.1.1 search the site and you will find how to enroll in it

If I download the developers preview, do I need to downgrade my OS to get the new update afterwards.

No, you won't need to downgrade just to get the latest updates from developer preview.

BTW, you may want to REMOVE your IMEI from your screenshots.

No need. You will get the updates as and when available. But there is a slight chance that your battery life may take a small hit. If you can live with it proceed or else wait for a month or two to get the official update

Cortana may not be available for your region. Have you tried changing your region to the US and tried installing Cortana. This is a common way to install Cortana on devices not defaulted to the US.
