Today I completed my 5th 20 mile bike ride, but still no Vo2 Max reading. It says I need at least 5 bike rides to get this reading.
How many rides does it actually take?
Some are indicating that you have to get good 1 minute and 2 minute HR readings after you end the exercise. It might be best to minimize movement that might confuse it during that time. Or you can manually take readings.I have now completed 8 twenty mile bike rides and still no VO2 max reading. Is my band broken? What is it going to take to get VO2? Is anyone getting the result?
