where is Notification Center?

I dont know if this is answered already.. So please sorry if im on the wrong section or duplicating posts.

I just installed Windows 10 TP. So where is The Action Center? How can i enable it? Thanks!

Btw ive installed 32bit on my 7 year old HP dsc small form factor.
3.4ghz pentium 4
1.5gb ram.

Running faster than 8.1

So happy with it.

Not released yet. This release is focused more on enterprise then consumer. Later down the road in sure we will see it but as of now there is none.
