Where is the reserve button for Windows 10?

[Windows Central Question]

I tried the solution found on Cnet where you download the dropbox file but that was for the icon. I have the icon for Windows 10 reserve, their is no button to reserve it and only has a learn more about Windows 10 button. Any help?
