Where is the SoundSynk app?

A few months ago, WPCentral covered an app that was due to be released later this year called SoundSynk; an app that lets you synchronize music playback on your devices using Bluetooth. Does anyone have any news on this app? I can't find anything about its release date, it seems like a really neat idea and would be so useful.
