Where is the touch app?

i cant find touch app

im using lumia 1320, im getting vibrations in every key press i do, i want to turn it off. i went to settings--> touch but i cant find such option to of the vibration. please help me in doing this.

i searched in net i saw one QR i scanned it took me to store--> touch app no download is there, its showing this isn't available in ur region/country

do i need to change the region/country please help me in doing this.

Are you experiencing vibration when you touch the navigation keys or every touch on screen? Coz the vibration while touching navigation keys can be switched off from touch settings
