Where is windows 10 mobile official release????

Microsoft said early 2016, some Microsoft article said Jan 12 2016 will start rolling out official release.. Where? When? Which year? Which month? Which country is getting the update first? Where is the list country and schedule for the official release? Microsoft answer to these questions first........
