Where to buy lumia 950XL dual sim internationally

I am located in South Africa; and would love to know where i can purchase the Lumia 950XL dual sim cheaply (anywhere) with shipping to my country. I tried Amazon but the it cannot be shipped in SA, I used to purchase phones at the Orange but its gone now. Please Advise, Thank you.
