Where to Place the Pen Loop?

Where are you guys (and gals) placing or sticking the Pen Loop? I've seen some that stick it on the side with the keys, and some that stick on the outside cover.

I have it on the left side of the type cover, just off-centre (pretty much how it shows in the instructions).

I also placed mine on the left side, because it would have covered up the Microsoft badging on the right side. Looks great.

I actually attached mine to the surface itself on the left with the loop right above the hinge. While I doubt I'll use it much without the type cover I didn't want to be without the pen in case I did. The loop is flexible enough if the tablet is flat on a surface it just pushes the pen upwards slightly.

Left side of the type cover as well as I, too, did not want to cover the Microsoft badge on bottom of type cover.

on the keyboard. works best with TWO pen loops. otherwise the pen flops around and is more likely to get torn off in your bag or something

Hmm... good point about needing two to keep it sturdy. Debating now whether to attach to the Surface 3 itself or the Type Cover.

I still haven't placed mine on yet... undecided if it's in the right spot or not as it looks kind of funny.
