Which is the better hard reset method...?

Should i do the button combo or the "reset my phone" under settings?
Im on my Lumia 521 with DP 8.1 Update 1

PS tell me how todo the button combo if that is better.

Both does a hard reset so going to phone setting and doing a hard reset sounds easy

Button combo is only for when your phone doesn't start properly and you can't access your settings to do it from there. But for future reference, Volume Up Button+Power Button+Camera Button for about ten seconds, then release the power button holding the other two for about another five seconds... But do the easy way...
