Which new computer should I buy?

I am a Veterinarian, I am looking for a new computer to buy. I would like it to have a touch screen for pen/stylet use. I need it for everyday productivity use, in addition I need to be able to view DICOM files. I would also like it to be able to support some casual gaming as well such as FIFA 17 or NBA 2K17. What are some products that you would recommend? I would prefer portability, but a larger computer is not a deal breaker and have a price range of up to $3000.

If you can afford it then I'd say Surface Book with performance base (or without it) is the way to go. It has pen support and touch as well as dGPU for nicer gaming experience. However I would not rush here until others reply too since I am not aware of many other laptops with similar functionalities but I am sure there are others available as well.
