Which older Surface Type covers work with Surface 3?

Which older Surface Type covers work with Surface 3

I'm planning on purchasing a type cover however the current retail price for my model Surface 3 is around ?100. I've been looking around and found type covers for Surface Pro 2 which are in my price range and curious to know if they are compatible with my Surface 3?

From what I've read, technically they should work. However the size has changed, and the older type cover won't match with the Surface Pro 3 dimensions. If you're just looking for a keyboard, it should be ok.

Yes. They all will work. Including the power cover if you can find one.
