Which should I get the BLU HD vs Samsung Ativ S?

BLU HD vs Samsung Ativ S

Will be my first WP, both cost the same (~140$). I currently own an Xperia Z1 Compact and wanted to try WP on a large screen.

Blu is a relatively new OEM, but are getting a good reputation for value. It is an American company, if supporting that type of thing matters to you.

I would get the ATIV S. The BLU Win HD has a newer chipset, but a low end one that can't even play HD video. The ATIV S also has more storage and a better camera.
I'm not certain that in all areas, the ATIV S has recieved 8.1 yet though, so if you do get the ATIV S, make sure you can get the 8.1 Update.
