Which Surface Pro 3 is better for me?

hi, i am architect and using autodesk apps (autocad and 3dsmax). now i have iPad for peresentetion and pc for proccesing and lumia for call . i like to chang my ipad with surface pro 3 for both of peresentetion and medium proccesing. (for heavy matters use pc)

If this programs are too heavy, you should go to a an i5, 256GB ssd, 4GB RAM. I think that the i7 model doesn't worth. It is too much for a tablet. I think that i5 is the best.

do you think 4gb is enough ram for my use ?
256 gb ssd model havent 4g ram, if you purpose i5 256g 8ram, and you say i7 not worth, so what is the goal for i7 ?
if you know autodesk software is what you need the hardware due to the heavy volume that are still recommended you i5 cpu ?
rendering and modeling in 3dsmax is not low volume. in laptob i5 is not enough for rendering operation.
