I'll share an update as well.

I only own the 950 now (yes I have one in my possession again).
The 550 and 650 I owned have both been sold.
As for the 640, I have it on reserve for my dad just in case since he asked me to do that for him.

Started with a 520 GoPhone, dropped it and broke the glass, but was able to repair it myself. My grandson has it now and uses it sparingly for games.
Got my wife a 520 which she dropped and broke. I could not repair this one and replaced it. She swears by her Incipio cases.

Purchased a used 925-a gorgeous phone but limited storage and weak battery motivated me to replace with a 640. The 925 is still used for games.

The 640 runs the inside version of Window 10! Very nice piece. Great battery life!
Updated my wife to a 640, which is still her daily driver; she has stayed with 8.1 (I bought a spare 640 GoPhone for her, as she hates change. It remains unopened.) The old "yellow" 520 still works well.

A new 650 dual sim was next as the 640 was limited by the 8GB on board storage. (The 640 works fine.) I love the feel of this phone.

My last is a 950 dual sim that I bought used. It runs the Insider Preview. It has a beautiful screen, is buttery smooth, plays nice with MicroSD cards, takes very nice pics. It could have a longer lasting battery.

To summarize, all of the phones except for one 520, continue to work well!!

I have added a 1520 to the ranks so my list now looks like...

Lumia 520 (W10M threshold. Sitting in a drawer in my office)
Lumia 630 (W10M threshold. Sitting next to 520)
Blu Win HD (Died during W10M installation. Won't take a charge or turn on)
Lumia 640 (Latest W10M on slow ring.)
Lumia 1320 (Latest W10M on fast ring.)
Lumia 640 XL (Had latest W10M on slow ring. Died a couple days ago... )

Lumia 900 - man oh man.. with zune software on my surface RT.. it was a beautiful time.
Lumia 520 - not much usage.. gave away to a family member
Lumia 1520 - easily the greatest phone i've ever owned and will fix the cracked screen and use on MintSim.. still use it with the cracked screen as a camera..
Lumia 950 - 6 day trial run was fun.

Lumia 920 - Got me to love phone photography but eventually died, was resurrected and then sold
Lumia 635 - Was so-so
Lumia 640 - Fixed everything that was wrong with the 635 and then some (still keep as backup)
Lumia 1520 - Awesome and gorgeous phone and what I'm currently using although it's starting to show it's age a bit
