Really getting tired of seeing "Resuming..." every time I turn the phone on. Really shouldn't be happening in a "modern" smartphone.

This is with the official 8.1 release, not the developer preview.

Not on any official Verizon WP. No official WP 8.1 has been released on Verizon. Someone else trying to start a row. Booooooooooo.

There is no official 8.1 release as of yet on the Icon. If you have an Icon with 8.1 then its running the DP and any issues you experience take with a grain of salt because it needs the Cyan update to function properly.

Hm, alright, must be the developer preview then. I thought I got rid of it, but alas.

Are you using the live lock screen app? That's very well documented to be causing the resuming text while unlocking the phone.
