Why am I getting an error code when trying to use Netflix with a Miracast adapter?

netflix and miracast

I using a surface 2 (rt) and a Belkin miracast adapter. It functions perfectly with everything except Netflix. I get an error code W8156-C00D7159, stating something is preventing the playing of protected content.
Any known solution or work around?

This link here and other similar problems suggest it's an issue to do with Netflix not properly communicating with your device. https://help.netflix.com/en/node/10197

Try signing in and out and see if it solves the issue.

Tried that, didn't work. As soon as I disconnect from miracast, plays fine.

It's something more to do with DRM policies. The app and the website both do that. D@mn Netflix!!

I'm getting the Actiontec Screenbeam Mini2 on Tuesday. I'll let you know if I have the same issue there.

My Lenovo won't work with the SB2, BUT my L630 does. Project my screen in settings. Weird thing, Netflix won't allow audio, but everything else does. I can plug a speaker in the headphone jack and no problems.. I dunno.
