To be clear... This site is not run by Microsoft, Lumia or any developer or repair facility.

If your IMEI is blacklisted or corrupted no one here can do anything for you.

A qualified repair facility could replace your motherboard and resolve the issue, but that probably costs more than a new Lumia 520.
