Why am I not able to upgrade Windows 10 from Windows 7 Home Premium?

I am not able to upgrade window 10 from window 7 Home Premium

While installing windows 10, I am getting errors C1900101-20003

You should really provide more info about this. Are you using a laptop / pc? At which state does the error occur?

One common cause of this error is overheating if you are using a laptop. In this case laptop turns off while installing and error occurs. You should place your laptop in a cool place. You could try to put a fan blowing to bottom of the laptop etc.
