Why am I not allowed to sync other Windows machines to Edge for favorites etc?

Not being allowed to sync other windows machines to Edge for favorites etc.

When I open Edge settings in 10581 the sync button is greyed out and the message appears to the effect that "you must login to your Microsoft account to use certain functions...". Can't sync favorites to Edge. I'm hoping this is to be fixed in the next build.

The only way you can transfer anything machine to machine is via a link and in this case your Microsoft account is that link so you need to use the same Microsoft account on each machine to sync favourites.
