Why am I not getting live tile notifications for most of the apps?

Ever since I updated to windows 10 mobile build 10572, live tiles doesn't seems to be working for most of the apps. I thought a hard reset may help to resolve this issues but even after that the problems still persist. I just wanted to know is it just me or anyone else is experiencing the same issues. And if anyone knows any fix, please let me know.

I am on 10572 and don't have this problem, even though many people are complaining about that.
I guess you can try unpinning and re-pinning?
