why am i not getting my email on my windows 625.

Access my email,the message am getting is update your account info for imap.gmail.com 993:1 and no matter how many times I have done I keep getting the same message it's really frustrating !

Tryin removing and adding again you account, that could be google server side iussue, it happened once already

delete the account and add it again

Check that your internet is good too
