why am i not getting windows 10 upgrade even my system have genuine windows 8.1

what should i have to do to get free upgrade of windows 10 from genuine windows 8.1.i have purchased hp laptop with genuine windows 8.1.till now i have updated all important and optional update but still the system is not having get windows 10 app.
