Why am I unable to get Project Spartan Browser to work?

I am unable to get Project Spartan Browser to work.

I turned on the experimental features by going to about:flags but still the Spartan Browser is not showing up. The IE browser is continuing to run as was earlier. Please someone help me regarding this issue.

Spartan browser isn't out at this time. Only internal Microsoft employees have it. For now us on Preview are stuff with internet explore 12 with a new engine. It'll come in the next few months hopefully!
