Why am I unable to install build 10049?

Dear Friends
I'm unable to install the build 10049 and now 10166 is also available, I've tried so many times, still its not showing any available build. plz fix it.
I'm using Nokia Lumia 820 with Window 10 build 10136, Reply soon !!!

You have to downgrade with the Lumia recovery tool then upgrade from 8.1. Trust me it's the only way
