Why am I unable to install Build 14271?

Unable to install Build 14271

From Build 14257, I attempted to install Build 14267. Received blue screen with error, "MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS". Receive same error when attempting to install Build 14271. According to the Insider Feedback, several people were having the same issue when attempting to install Build 14267, and I'm sure they will have the same issue when they attempt to install Build 14271.

Yeap, i had this problem in 14267 and i have it 14271

I was able to resolve this issue by creating an ISO file for Build 14271 using the ESDtoISO tool and then doing a clean install. Of course this wipes out everything including apps, but it was worth it. It will be interesting to see what happens with the next build through Windows Update.
