Why am I unable to install Spotify?

Can't install Spotify

Lumia 640 on Win10 .1004 (but it's been doing this for the last 3 or 4 builds)

When trying to install Spotify, keeps giving me error 0x80073CF9. Here's what I've tried:

* Wi-Fi on, Wi-Fi off
*SD card in, SD card out, formatted SD card in
* On battery, on charger
* pausing the install halfway through (read somewhere that worked, it didn't for me)
* Reboot, hard reset

Anything else I can try?

Poster, have you been able to find a solution to this?

Although i have been able to actually download and use spotify on my iPhone even from an unsupported location, i am finding it hard to get it done on my Lumia 640.
