unable to login my nokia account after 8.1 updates. please help.(tried soft resetting. didn't work).

What kind of error did you encounter? I'd generally recommend that you also try logging in other Nokia apps, like MixRadio.
You may also want to try switching to the same Region as your Nokia Account.

Why don't you try logging elsewhere, like the here.com site?

And, yeah, that fixed itself after I switched regions. Of course, it took a little haggling with the Nokia servers first.

If that doesn't solve it (three hard resets didn't do so on my 620), why don't you go to the Nokia support forums?
