Why am I unable to login to the mobile site from my Lumia 950?

I am trying to sign in on my Lumia 950 to the mobile site.

I cant seem to be able to login to the mobile site from my 950 When I go to comments it tells me to sign in. I tap on that language and nothing happens. When I sign in on the desktop I just tap login and it logs me in?

you're referring to the windows central app?
