Why am I unable to pair my Lumia 550 to my Ford audio?

Can't pair up my lumia 550 to my ford audio

It was paired for a few weeks but now has gone off, when trying to sync in I get two different PIN numbers, help?

I would try and delete the bluetooth profile from the vehicle and the phone, AND pair fresh.
