Unable to Restore Backup After Hard Reset (Windows Mobile 10.0.10512.1000)

I did a hard-reset on my Lumia 1520 after it had frozen. When I was carrying out the initial configurations after the hard-reset, after signing into my Microsoft account I was not prompted to restore my backup. I know the backup exists because I can see it in OneDrive (OneDrive -> Get More Storage -> Device Backups), but for some reason I don't get a prompt to restore my phone. I tried hard-resetting multiple times to try to see if the prompt shows up, but it hasn't.
As such, does anyone know if I can somehow restore my backup on OneDrive through any other means? Or is there a way to force the restore prompt to appear?
