Unable to sync exchange mails via Wifi in Lumia 640XL

Hello,

I am using Lumia 640 XL which is running in Windows Phone 8.1 OS.
I have setup the Microsoft Exchange using my work ID. But I am not able to sync my mails via wifi and I am able to sync only by mobile data. Kindly let me know what is the problem?

Note: I am able to sync other mails such as gmail via both Wi-Fi and mobile data.

sorry, I don't have any help I can offer as I do not use Exchange. However, I would recommend posting this under the 8.1 Update 2 forum topic for higher visibility.
