Why am I unable to UPDATE my Lumia 720?

Unable to UPDATE my Lumia 720

So finally, I received my handset from Nokia Service Center after about 2 months.
The handset is working fine but I am not able to UPDATE anything.
Extras + Info :-
Version : 1.7.0.173
Model name : RM-885_eu_euro1
Operator name : 000-GB
Config ID : 158531
Label : 1030.6409.1311.10151

about :
OS Version : 8.0.10211.204
Firmware : 1030.6409.1311.0001
Hardware : 1.0.0.0

As opposed to what I have read on the internet that "extras+info" would show Lumia Black, Lumia Amber or Lumia Cyan, mine doesn't show anything but "Nokia enhancements".
When I purchased the phone i.e. on 2nd Nov, 2013 ; it used to show "Lumia Black".
I had to sent it for repair as the touch was not working, unfortunately they changed the whole thing and sent me a totally new looking set but the software doesn't seem to be what I see posted, listed, uploaded online.

What is wrong ?
What can I do ?
Any ideas ?

Try a hard reset as it will re-download the appropriate roms to get it back to normal

I tried a hard reset, about 5 times and I still it doesn't update.
I forced the extras+info and other updates from Lumia System Updater/QR Codes. Still cannot update to Black, Amber or Cyan.
I tried NSU/Recovery too, I get back from where I started, stuck at the same firmware.

What country are you in? You might as well flash your phone's ROM to the country variant
