My applications installed in sd cards becomes unusable after switch off my Lumia 530 and after that no applications could not be installed in sd card till restore settings.

Try connecting your SD Card to your PC and check the integrity of the file system (if there are errors, your PC will ask you to scan for and automatically repair damages in your SD Card). If your PC detects some issues, then no matter what it does your SD Card needs to be replaced with a new one.
