Why are my displays change without me touching them?

touch issue on my Lumia720

I am having diffulties in managing my Lumia720 like everytime I'd do the texting it appears that it changes the display or icon and even the letters...eventhough i don't touch anything it changes by itself... and now I cannot access the phone because i cannot enter my password (pin number)....what should i do now?

Have you tried performing a soft reset on your phone, just by pressing the volume down button and the power button together until your phone reboots.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to take your phone to a service center to have it diagnosed and, perhaps, subsequently repaired.
