Why are my Phone task causing major drain on my battery?

"Phone" task causing major drain on battery - L925

Hi guys,

Under Battery Saver, it shows that "Phone" is causing a huge drain on battery.

I have all possible configurations turned off (NFC, bluethooth, no e-mails synced etc).

Also, on this especific screenshot, I have used WhatsApp most of the day and spent only 3:25 minutes on a single phone call.

Please, help! Coundn't find a solution anywhere.

Well, you could just be making a lot of calls. My Phone app went up a significant amount after an extended call one trip.

It could be a momentary hiccup, I encountered a glitch before where most apps looked like they all used insane amounts of power, but it has since gone away.

Are you actually noticing a decrease in battery life?
