Why are the apps I uninstall from my phone still showing in my app store (Nokia 930)?

nokia 930 lumia apps uninstall malfunction.

Any downloaded apps I uninstall seem to be that @uninstalled@, but when I go to the store and view my apps, they are listed, and when I check the boxes to clear, there seems to be no function to do this, help
